# Introduction to Operations

> How your bots are managed day to day: campaigns, outcomes and rest periods

**Construction** is where the bot is built. **Operations** is where it's put to work: loading campaigns, following their results and adjusting how the bot behaves with cases that were already contacted.

This section documents the screens in the platform's **Operations** module.
